French Toast Breakfast
- 2 large eggs
- 4 tbsp milk
- 4 slices bread
- 2 tbsp sugar
- A pinch of salt
- A dash of cinnamon powder
- unsalted butter
- raw honey
Into a mixing bowl, add in the eggs and beat them well with a fork or a whisk. Then, add in the milk, the salt, cinnamon powder and sugar and mix well until the sugar is properly dissolved.
Next, heat up a frying pan and smear some butter over it and let it get heated.
Then, place a slice of bread into the mixture and coat each side evenly, by flipping it. Thereafter, place it on the heated pan and wait for a few minutes until it browns and turns golden brown in color before flipping the side and repeat.
Repeat this process for all the slices of bread.
Remove from pan and serve hot. You could drizzle some honey over the bread and enjoy it!

For the topping, besides drizzling the French Toast with some hone, you could also use other toppings like maple syrup, date syrup, jaggery liquid, agave nectar, whipped cream, Nutella etc.
